Recipe
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground meat
1 large onion, chopped
2 T minced garlic
6 C ranch style beans
Chopped Jalapenos (to taste)
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. dry Ranch-style dressing mix
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
Saute lean ground meat with onion and garlic. Add all of the remaining ingredients to a large crockpot.
Mix well and simmer all day. Enjoy with salad and cornbread.
